A 30-minute, eye-opening ab series workout to get your blood pumping and to help you 'find your core' -- challenge yourself!

MAT Pilates - Fridays 9:30-10:30am

A mixture of stretching, breathing, and strengthening exercises done on the mat with various props. Great for building core strength, lengthening, and increasing lean muscle tone.
