Abs Blast with Michele -
Tuesdays 9-9:30am

LOW-IMPACT exercise  - Mondays 9:30-10:30am        

Join in with a online class that will give you cardio, weight work, and work your abs and bum, but won't make your hips and knees grouchy! Get your sweat on!

MAT Pilates - Mondays 7:00-8:00pm                               

A mixture of stretching, breathing, and strengthening exercises done on the mat with various props. Great for building core strength, lengthening, and increasing lean muscle tone. Hybrid online/studio class.

ABS BLAST Pilates - Tuesdays 9-9:30am                       

A 30-minute, eye-opening ab series workout to get your blood pumping and to help you 'find your core' -- challenge yourself!

BARRE Fitness - Tuesdays 7-8pm

A class for those looking to increase flexibility and core stability while gaining stamina. A cardio-tastic exercise-to-music class based around the principles and exercises of ballet and Pilates -- a thigh and bum burner! No dance knowledge required. Great for runners! Hybrid online/studio class.
