Our men's Pilates class offers low-impact exercises to help you strengthen and stabilize your body and properly activate your core. This all translates into you maintaining and increasing your mobility and preventing injuries.

Traditional 'men's' workouts focus on contracting muscles, which makes them shorter, which then reduces mobility. Pilates exercises will help you get rid of your slouch, improve your balance, strengthen your joints, and lengthen your glutes and hamstrings.
