Low-Impact Exercise
Mondays 9:30-10:30am

Join in with a class that will give you cardio, weight work, and work your abs and bum, but won't make your hips and knees grouchy! Get your sweat on!

Pilates Mat
Mondays 6-7pm

A mixture of stretching, breathing, and strengthening exercises done on the mat with various props. Great for building core strength and increasing lean muscle tone. @ Charlbury Community Centre Sports Hall

Barre Fitness
Tuesdays 7-8pm

A class for those looking to increase flexibility and core stability while gaining stamina. A cardio-tastic exercise-to-music class based around the principles and exercises of ballet and Pilates -- a thigh and bum burner! No dance knowledge required. Great for runners!
