Barre Fitness
Tuesdays 7-8pm

A class for anyone looking to increase flexibility and core stability while gaining stamina and strength. A cardio-tastic exercise-to-music class based around the principles and exercises of ballet and Pilates -- a serious thigh and bum burner! No dance knowledge required. Great for runners and cyclists!
