Tuesdays 7-8pm
A class for anyone looking to increase flexibility and core stability while gaining stamina and strength. A cardio-tastic exercise-to-music class based around the principles and exercises of ballet and Pilates -- a serious thigh and bum burner! No dance knowledge required. Great for runners and cyclists! Men welcome!

Get rid of your slouch, improve your balance, strengthen your joints, and lengthen your glutes and hamstrings. All ages and abilities are welcome! If you've never done Pilates before, we suggest the Intro to Mat classes.
